The postage rates, where chargeable, will be calculated and shown to you before you enter your payment details. We use first and second-class post and next day services as selected by the class of service option during checkout.

Delivery Times

We will normally dispatch your order within 1 business day. Delivery schedule from dispatch is normally as follows:

UK Royal Mail 1st class: 1-3 days
UK Royal Mail Special Delivery: 1 business day, before 1pm
Europe: 2-5 days (please contact us for rates)

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with the items you purchase. However, if your goods are defective, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund. We will refund shipping charges if the goods are faulty. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to make arrangements before returning it.
